Our Export Process

Six steps. Same sequence, every order, every category.

01

Product Selection

We confirm specification, quantity, and target price with the buyer before sourcing begins — so expectations are agreed upfront, not discovered at inspection.

02

Quality Inspection

Every batch is checked against the agreed specification — grading, size, finish, or compliance testing depending on the product category.

03

Packaging

Export-grade packaging suited to the product and transit method — cold-chain cartons for produce, moisture-proof cartons for textiles and handicrafts.

04

Documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any category-specific certificates prepared for customs clearance on both ends.

05

Shipping

Booked with vetted freight forwarders — sea freight for bulk orders, air freight for time-sensitive or smaller shipments.

06

Delivery

Tracked through to port of discharge or final destination, with shipment status shared directly with the buyer.
